About Us

Our main specialism is in fast-track implementation of your Risk Management requirements, normally to an agreed deadline, and building on what you have in place at present. We do not re-invent the wheel.

We deliver TRAINING, ADVICE and SKILLS to enable transformational change within the root of the public sector. LTRC encourages clients to implement this in a way that avoids a “tick box” approach or added bureaucracy. Our aim is to help you to embed Risk Management into the very heart of your organisation.

We conduct external and internal training to your requirements (see our Training page). Our particular niche is the training we conduct at Board or Executive level and with elected members. We specialise in memorable and real, practical hands-on training which adds value to your risk procedures.
